Supporting Roll Description

The bearing pallets are installed on the loaded branches to support the belt and the material. The load bearing pallets are set into different shapes of carrying section according to the nature of the materials to be transported. For example, for transporting bulk materials, grooved bays are usually used to improve productivity and prevent spreading of materials, while for transporting bulk materials, parallel bays are used.

The slotted pallet set usually consists of three or more spokes, among which the rigid three-section slotted pallet stick and the string hanging three-section slotted pallet are especially common. The bevel angle A of the side wheel of the slotted pallet is called slot angle, generally 300-350.

The bearing rollers adopt slotted forward tilting rollers, the arrangement spacing shall not be greater than 1200mm, 1 group of upper centering rollers in every 10 groups of bearing rollers, 2 groups of transition rollers at the head and tail. The arrangement distance of the convex arc section bearing rollers shall not be greater than 600mm, and the arrangement distance of the bearing rollers under the guide slot shall not be greater than 400mm. the rollers adopt the three-section roller group with the diameter of 159mm, slot angle of 35° and forward inclination of 2°.
