Throughing Roller Description

The Troughing Roller is used to convey bulk cargo. It is generally composed of 3 idlers. The groove angle is generally 300. The 3 idlers in the trough idler of the detachable belt conveyor are hinged to each other. Two of the side rollers are hung on the frame; the trough rollers of the general fixed belt conveyor are fixed on the frame. The distance between the upper rollers is generally 1.5m.

1. The Troughing Roller has the characteristics of corrosion resistance: acid, alkali, and salt will not corrode it.
2. The Troughing Roller has strong hardness: strong wear resistance.
3. Good sealing performance: the trough roller is fully sealed, with plastic labyrinth sealing rings installed at both ends, the oil and grease will not leak, and the rolling shaft can be kept for a long time; the trough roller operates in a fully sealed state.
4. The ceramic surface of the trough roller: forms an oxide film, the surface is smooth, does not adhere to the material, and the contact friction coefficient with the conveyor belt is small, which reduces the driving force of the hoist.
5. Long service life of Trough Rollers: The service life of trough rollers is 2-5 times longer than that of steel rollers, and can reduce belt wear, the belt does not run, and prolongs the service life of the belt.
6. Low operating cost: The Troughing roller can reduce the overall cost of the belt conveyor and reduce maintenance man-hours.
