Tension Roller Description

The number and arrangement of tension rollers depends on the maximum tensile force required for the strip and the site conditions. Tension rollers are generally divided into inlet tension rollers and outlet tension rollers, which can be driven by motor or hydraulic motor alone or interconnected by gear differential device, but no matter how different the driving device is, the fundamental purpose is to cause the speed difference between the inlet and outlet belts, thus generating the required tension to drive.
