Forming board

The special design structure of the forming board is that it can be installed near the breast roller, or the breast roller scraper can be installed. It can move forwards and backward, and can be adjusted to the best spraying point of the slurry so that it can achieve a good sheet forming and dewatering effect. . The forming board is composed of a box body and a panel.

Hydrofoils

We have ceramic three-strips hydrofoils, five-strips hydrofoils,seven-strips hydrofoils for the paper mill.
Mainly used in forming section.
The angle can be produced as requested.
The standard angle: 0.5°, 1°, 1.5°, 2°, 2.5°.

High Vacuum Box
The high vacuum suction box has a reasonable structure design and is a sealed structure. It is sucked by a vacuum pump to make the paper sheet from low-pressure dehydration to high-pressure rapid dehydration, thereby speeding up the drying of the paper, enhancing the dehydration effect and forming the paper.
Both ends of the panel are equipped with adjusting blocks to adjust the width of the suction opening of the paper sheet. The adjustment block is also equipped with a lubrication device, which can reduce the coefficient of friction by lubricating with clean water and increase the service life of the net

The felt suction box includes a box body, on which a dehydration panel is arranged, and the dehydration panel includes a bottom supporting plate.

A: TT or LC, anyway is available.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 15 days if the normal size. If it is customized or big size, it may need 25 days.

Q3: What is the mode of goods transportation?
A: If clients don't need the products urgently, we normally use road transportation, rail transportation, and maritime transportation
according to the client's cost budget. If clients need the products urgently, we normally choose express or air transportation for the
fast delivery.

Q4: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer a small piece(A4 size) sample for free charge but do not afford the cost of freight.

A: There are two methods for us to confirm the type:

2). Provide us with your sample.
