Inclined screw thickener is mainly used for concentrating and washing of slurry in papermaking and chemical fiber industry, especially suitable for dehydration and concentration of waster paper slurry. It has the advantages of high production capacity and dehydration effect, small square, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.

This machine is mainly used for the black liquor extraction of cooked wheat straw pulp and deinked waste paper pulp. It can also be used as the crushing after presoaking before cooking. A pair of variable diameter and variable pitch screw rotate in the opposite direction and the fibers are pressed in the space by the changing space to extract the black liquor and crush the wheat straw. The extraction efficiency and the black liquor thickness is high and the fiber wastage and damage is low.
