Intelligent Moving Knife Consistency Transmitter For Paper Pulp Industry

The Consistency Transmitter uses a reciprocating active sensor to measure the concentration using the principle of shear force. This shear force measurement method makes the transmitter essentially insensitive to normal changes in fiber composition, freeness, filler, black liquor content, flow rate, air content, pressure, etc. The active sensor measurement method makes it less sensitive to flow changes than fixed knife transmitters.
