2-4 pH White Papermaking Agent AKD Surface Sizing Agent For Paper Production

AKD surface sizing agent is a new type of cationic high-efficiency sizing agent. This product can be used on SIZE PRESS as well as GATE ROLL type machines. It can form a thin layer on the surface of the paper to obtain a sizing effect and can enhance the paper’s strength and prolong the paper’s durability. It can reduce wastewater treatment, reduce energy consumption, clean the production wet end system, and improve production efficiency.

Add AKD surface sizing agent continuously to the surface sizing starch with a metering pump. Compared with the starch mixed with 5-25% stock solution, it can exert the best effect. Compared with each ton of paper, at the surface sizing roller, the 1-5kg for coating, or add according to the amount in the turnover tank. When adding in the pulp, can be directly added to the thick pulp of the pulp mixing box or added to the inlet of the pressure screen (thin pulp).
