The coating lubricant is a calcium stearate emulsion, which is suitable for various types of coating systems. It has the function of lubricating wet coatings, reducing the friction caused by the movement of each component in the coating during operation, and promoting The fluidity of coatings is used to improve the coating operation, improve the quality of coated paper, eliminate the de-powdering phenomenon caused by coated paper when it is processed by the supercalender, and reduce the crack caused by coated paper when it is folded or defects such as peeling.

It is recommended to add 0.6 ~ 1.5% to the absolute dry pigment, which can be directly added to the paint (generally used after the rubber is added).
1. The amount of coating lubricant should not use too much. Otherwise, the viscosity of the coating will increase, and the fluidity and printability of the coating will deteriorate.
2. It can remain stable in dilute alkali and dilute acid, but it cannot be mixed with strong acids.
3. Use without dilution.
