Product description

Woven Wire achieves its extended wear life with highly engineered high carbon and manganese content. It is manufactured with a stringent wire opening tolerance of±3% for precise material passing. Manganese steel mesh is a kind of mesh product made of 1.6 mm-12 mm manganese steel wire. It adopts embedded (mn65-q) weaving method, with no prominent warp and weft overlapping point, flat surface and uniform force. The hardness is hb180-230, with good plasticity and toughness.

When subjected to strong impact and friction, the surface will produce strong work hardening due to plastic deformation, and the surface hardness can be increased to more than HRC60, so as to obtain higher wear resistance, while the interior still maintains higher plasticity and toughness.When the old surface is worn, the new surface will form a wear-resistant layer, so the service life can reach 4-8 times of the ordinary screen. Therefore, it is mostly used in large coal mining industry, and can also be used in mechanical vibrating screen, drum screen, electromagnetic high-frequency screen and asphalt mixer as protective nets.
