Our Rotary Blade used for transformer lamination & CRGO Slit Coils manufactured using high-quality materials, including Tungsten Carbide and Tooling steels such as Cr12Mov, 6CrW2Si, D2, SKD11, SKD61, H13, H13K, HMB, HMK, and more. These materials ensure durability and longevity, allowing you to achieve precise and clean cuts every time.

Our blade Advantage:

1.The surface roughness of Rotary Blade used for transformer lamination & CRGO Slit Coils should be less than 0.002mm,

2.The flatness and parallelism should be less than 0.001mm.

3.The inner hole of the blade should be +0.03mm to +0.05mm.

4.The concentricity of the outer circle of the cutting edge is 0.005mm.

5.The heat treatment hardness of the blade should be determined according to the material of the Transformer core Roll slitting Carbide Knives and the material and thickness of the cutting material.

6.Heat treatment method: vacuum deoxidation treatment and salt bath furnace treatment.
